An Evening of Jazz with Patti Austin and Ramsey Lewis

Enjoy a nice of jazz and pop with two of the most acclaimed musicians in the music industry – the Ramsey Lewis Trio and vocalist Patti Austin and her band, given you by Tri-C JazzFest Cleveland, Playhouse Square Center – Allen Theatre, Cleveland, OH, Friday, April 23rd, 8PM.

With three Grammy’s and seven gold records to his credit, NEA Jazz Master Ramsey Lewis has truly gained his nickname “the great performer,” a title reflecting his performance style, which displays his early gospel and classical training along with his love of jazz and also other musical forms. His latest work with Concord, “Songs From the Heart: Ramsey Plays Ramsey,” includes his trio with Larry Gray on bass and Leon Joyce on drums.
