Who is Better, the Fourth Doctor or the Tenth Doctor?

With Doctor Who as popular as it is now, it’s hard for some people to remember a time when it wasn’t, but for many years it suffered in obscurity and was often mocked by people who only remembered it for wobbly sets and rubber-suited monsters.
However, times have changed, and Doctor Who is more popular now than it ever was, certainly than it was since the height of its popularity in the late 1970s and early ’80s.
For many years, Tom Baker the fourth Doctor was universally held as the best Doctor Who of all time, but since David Tennant the Tenth Doctor took over the reins of the relaunched series in 2005, this has changed.
Now with a new Doctor announced and Tennant on his way out, we may find the next Doctor to be the most popular yet. As for who is the best Doctor, the fourth Doctor or the tenth Doctor, it’s hard to say. Best to enjoy them both for their strengths, but as always fans will debate it to their dying breath.
